A young family out grew their existing one story, two bedroom ranch home in the near north suburbs. Dedicated to their beautiful neighborhood, but ready to expand, they decided to add a second story.
Avatar rose to the challenge of working with the existing foundation shape, incorporating family's space needs and unifying the new addition to the existing construction. Simple shapes, brick banding and large stacked picture windows give this home its distintive character and charm.
